We collect basic identification and business contact details (Name, Designation, Email, and Phone Number) through our digital inquiry channels. This data is utilized exclusively for providing technical support, sharing diagnostic SOH (State of Health) reports, and generating commercial quotations. We maintain a strict Non-Disclosure Policy; your technical requirements and business data are never shared, sold, or leaked to third-party marketing agencies.

2. Logistics, Warehouse Dispatch & Liability (Critical Clause)

We maintain a zero-compromise quality assurance protocol at our facility. Samsara Greentech Pvt Ltd accepts full responsibility for the material’s technical integrity, voltage stability, and physical condition only until the point of dispatch from our warehouse.

• Transfer of Risk: Once the consignment is handed over to the logistics partner, courier agency, or the buyer’s authorized representative, the company holds zero liability for any transit-related damages, chemical leakages, or physical theft.
• Mandatory Inspection: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to inspect the consignment for any physical discrepancies or seal tampering at the time of delivery before officially accepting the lot.
• Post-Delivery Safety: Lithium-ion technology is inherently volatile. The company shall not be held liable for any fire, explosion, injury, or property loss resulting from improper storage conditions, lack of thermal management, or uncertified DIY integration after the material has been delivered.

3. Performance Disclaimer for Second-Life Cells

As a specialist in repurposing retired EV and industrial batteries, we provide a transparent "snapshot of health" (SOH) based on our state-of-the-art diagnostics at the time of sale. The long-term performance is contingent upon the buyer’s BMS quality and integration environment. We do not provide universal warranties for cycle-life if cells are operated outside recommended C-ratings.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the hazardous nature and chemical sensitivity of Lithium-ion products, orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. A refund or replacement will only be initiated if the delivered material is found to be technically different (wrong Make/Model) from what was specified in the Proforma Invoice.
